How To Prevent ADHD In Your Children

AVOID THESE IN YOUR KITCHEN-

a. Foods with antimetabolites (fluoride)

b. Foods with hydrazine dyes (cause cancer)

c. Food or water with heavy metals

d. Excess protein, fat or refined carbohydrate because these are-

i. hard on digestive system.

ii. binds minerals, therefore decreases the absorption.

iii. cause obesity

iv. dysinsulinism as a cause of hypertension, diabetes, mental illness and violent behavior.

e. Food allergens cause: obesity, otitis media, asthma, bronchitis, rhinitis, menieres disease, urologic dysfunction, nephrotic syndrome, migraines, neurologic symptoms, glaucoma .

f. Non-foods- if it spoils eat it.
